Rates for Services
If you are using insurance, rates are set by your insurance company. I am credentialed with the following insurance companies for in-network benefits:
Aetna, Anthem/BCBS, Cigna, Carelon, Medicare, and more to come!
If you would like to use out of network benefits, I charge my full private pay rate and then provide a Superbill at the end of the month that you can submit to your insurance company.
Without insurance, my rate structure is as follows:
Psychotherapy
$150 for 45min session
$180 for 60min session
$225 for 75min session
Telehealth & Office Visits
$200 for 45min session at a park or trail
When going just outside of my office building, sessions are billed as standard office visits.
Outdoor Ecotherapy
If you wish to use insurance to cover this, please see the above list of insurance companies that I am in network with.
If you are paying out of pocket, letter writing sessions are charged at a pay what you can rate. Please see the above private pay rates and consider what fee you can pay. Those who can pay my full rate help ensure my capacity for offering low-cost options to other clients.
For existing clients, there are no additional fees for this service.
